APRÈS-SURF: Grab a few cold ones at Rainbow Bay Surf Lifesaving Club. At night, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from, but be sure to get there early -- Cooly gets quiet by 10 p.m. For a rowdier type of night, head north to Surfer's Paradise, home of clubs, casinos and more.
