Punta Roca returns to life for buzzer-beaters, dramatics and upsets I Corona Cero Post Show Day 6

The men made their highly-anticipated return to the arena of Punta Roca and men's Round of 32 was riddled with major shakeups and dramatics.

A spark of life from swell pulsing into the lineup provided heavy moments of upsets to the world's best with Matthew McGillivray, Marco Mignot, George Pittar and Crosby Colapinto dishing out major wins to perennial World Title threats. Mignot's high-flying magnificence tipped the scale before Pittar and Leonardo Fioravanti upped the ante with event-best performances so far. Italo Ferreira and Bryan Perez added another chapter to their Punta Roca rivalry. To seal the Round of 16 shut, Al Cleland Jr. held tight over two-time WSL Champ to secure one last upset of the day. Now, with the Round of 16 set, Finals Day spots are on the line with competition resumes in the heated lineup of Punta Roca.
