With Stephanie Gilmore getting knocked out early in Round Four, Tyler Wright nabbed sole possession of the Jeep Leader's Jersey by making the Quarterfinals. Her match with Sage Erickson was a slow-moving affair, but Wright took the win in the tough conditions. Her new lead is far from safe. In fact, her subsequent loss to Courtney Conlogue in the Semifinals opened the door for Sally Fitzgibbons to take over the lead. And Sally looked determined to do so, too. She jumped out to a big lead in the second semifinal. But fortunately for Tyler, Tatiana Weston-Webb came from way down to sneak past Sally in the closing minutes, securing Tyler's sole position of the No. 1 spot on the Jeep Leaderboard...for now.
