Despite a challenging forecast for the Outerknown Fiji Women's Pro, a strong period SW swell delivered the goods on the third day of the waiting period -- rippable 2-to-4 foot walls that grew in quality and frequency as the swell filled in and the tide dropped out. The women ripped in tricky, less-than-perfect conditions, with last year's finalists Carissa Moore and Johanne Defay, along with Sage Erickson, standing out from the pack.
