After clinching the the No. 1 spot on the North American Junior Tour, Nolan Rapoza was carrying some serious momentum into the World Junior Championship. The Long Beach native took command of his region by appearing in five of six Finals over the course of the season. But after failing to advance out of Round One in Kiama, he was forced to grind his way out of this critical Round Two battle against Hawaiian Logan Bediamol. Exposure to these types high-pressure scenarios will be invaluable as Nolan steps up to compete on the Qualifying Series full-time in 2017.
