The final day for 2016 WSL Japan Tour, Men's QS1,000 events "Yumeya Surfing Games Tahara Pro supported by Blue Eco System" at Akabane Long Beach, Tahara, Aichi.
Today the event went on schedule with the Men's Quarter Final, Semi Final all the way and crowned the champion later this after noon.
The conditions at Long Beach this morning were 2 to 3 ft. Bit low on shore conditions with cloudy and sunny.
Today the event director Shigeki Kawai and WSL Japan Tour head judge Masato Kato called the surfers this morning 8:00AM at the first call to be kicked off call the athletes to get in action starting at 8:15 AM.
In perfect conditions 4 Japanese surfers and 4 international surfer moves to the quarter finals. Masatoshi Ohno (JPN) vs Made Rondi (IDN),Sasuke Kawatani(JPN) vs Alan Donato (BRA), Jackson Baker(AUS) vs Yuki Nakashio(JPN), Gabriel Farias(BRA) vs Takumi Nakamura(JPN) then Rondi, Kawatani, Bakaer, Nakamura moving up to semi-finls.
Japanese up coming surfer Kawatani he scores 5.50 and 4.60 total 10.10pt.
vs from Bali Indnonesia Rondi scores a 7.00 and 6.00 total 13.00 round up to the Grand final. Semi-final H2 young Australian Jackson Baker scores 7.75 and 6.75 total 14.50 vs Japans top gun Takumi Nakamura made score 6.90 and 5.75 total 12.65 let Baker advance to Final.

Women'S QS1,000 Sara Wakita (JPN) vs Karelle Poppke (PYF) both made the grand final, and Poppke scores 5.50 + 5.00 total score 10.50 she won the Yumeya Surfing Games.
