Gaia prepares to host its first ever WSL sanctioned longboarding event from June 10-12, 2016.
The upcoming Longboard Pro Gaia, second stop on the 2016 European Longboard Qualifying Series, will reignite the exciting battles that started in Vieux-Boucau last weekend.
A new addition to this year's series, Gaia will for the first time play host to the regional longboarding elite as well as a few international visitors coming all the way from Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, the USA and Japan among others.

Antoine Delpero (FRA), 30, recent winner in France and Chloe Calmon (BRA), 21, finalist, will lead the charge and bring their World Class surfing act to Gaia for this inaugural event.
European surfers will keep their best three results out of four events this season towards the regional rankings and a slightly smaller contingent in Gaia could help to shake up the current standings.
